This course teaches you how to plan and design advanced HPE hybrid IT solutions based on industry standard workloads and their characteristics as they relate to optimizing for performance and/or availability. Hands-on labs and activities will guide you through complex design exercises using skills, including information gathering and analyzing customer business and technical requirements. You will learn to recommend and position HPE hybrid IT products, solutions, tools, and appropriate services for customer use cases. COURSE OBJECTIVE:
After completing this course, students will be able to:• Describe, contrast and differentiate compute,storage and network architectures and how to select and optimize for specific customer workloads• Understand business continuity includingenvironmental factors• Identify and position HPE solutions andworkload offerings with the alliance partnerecosystem components to the appropriate customer use case• Given a customer use case, differentiateand position HPE products for hybrid-ITto include storage, servers and data centernetworking elements of the solution• Given a set of customer requirements,design and architect a solution based on thecustomer requirements• Interpret a set of customer requirementsand validate that a final solution designmeets those requirements• Document customer intent and solutiondesign• Identify and use the appropriate tools toarchitect and configure the solution• Understand complex workloads and theircharacteristics/differentiators as theyrelate to optimizing for performance andavailability• Present the solution with its business andfinancial impact on the customer
