COURSE PREREQUISITES:
Attendees should meet the following prerequisites:
• Please note that there are no pre-requisites for studying the Sustainability in Digital & IT module as the relevant key concepts from the ITIL® 4 framework will be covered as part of the module, making it accessible to anyone interested in gaining critical skills in this area.

The successful completion of practical assessments are required prior to taking the ITIL® 4 Specialist: Sustainability in Digital & IT exam. These assessments will be completed during the class.
